Instructions:
1.) Click on the sign in button next to the event
enter your name and click submit.
2.) Check to make sure your entry posted.
3.) To cancel please submit your name with can't make it next to it.
You cannot delete your entry.
4.) On the day of the event check the view entries to see if the event
has had any changes, this is where they will be it will be posted

In case of bad weather , Only The Road Captains or Activity Officers can update or cancel an event.
Click on the "view entries" button on the day of the event to check for updates and or cancellations .
NO ONE else can cancel an event

There are 20 room being held at the Radisson Hotel under Cuyahoga Vally HOG
The Rate is $109.00 plus tax.
Members will have to call hotel with their credit card for a reservation.
The phone number is 703-920-8600. Reservation deadline is APRIL 9TH, 2010.
Hotel can be cancelled 24hrs prior to 4pm local time.

Please sign up for a fun afternoon making greeting cards. We would like to donate a few cards to the chapter for sending get well cards or thank you notes. We will be able to also make other cards for ourselves, birthday or holiday cards.Depending on how many sign up for this, we may need to
do one session in March and another in the Fall. We will have refreshments available. There will be a $15.00 fee, depending on how many people sign up,it may be less. Please call me if you have any questions or need directions to Dolores' house.
